Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared within one to three working days depending on product availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you immediately so you may choose whether to wait or replace the item.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location. For most addresses within Greece delivery is usually completed within one to four working days. Remote or island areas may require additional time.
International deliveries vary depending on the country and the chosen shipping service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and delivery region. Most orders within Greece fall within a general range of approximately three to eight euro. Remote locations or special handling may increase the cost slightly.
International shipping depends on the destination and may vary from moderate to higher ranges.

Shipping prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the transport sector, fuel cost adjustments and courier policy updates. At checkout you always see the most accurate cost available at that moment.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification email that includes the tracking number. Through this link you can follow your package until it reaches your address.

Delivery Issues
If your package arrives with visible damage please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately. This helps us confirm any transport related issue and send a replacement faster.
