Cretan Red Medium Natural Sweet Wine created from the classic Cretan varieties Liatiko and Kotsifali offers a smooth balanced and pleasantly sweet character. Liatiko is one of the oldest grapes of Crete known for its gentle aromas red fruit expression and soft tannins while Kotsifali adds structure depth and spicy notes. Together they form a harmonious blend that reflects the wine making history of the island combining elegance with richness. This wine should be served at seventeen degrees Celsius. It is an excellent companion for Mediterranean cuisine grilled meats spicy cheeses and pasta with minced meat and also pairs beautifully with rich chocolate cake or fruit based desserts.
